In order for us to process all support requests quickly and efficiently for our clients, we request that all support and maintenance requests are sent to our Support Department.
You can contact the support department by sending an email to support@bluetux.com or by opening a support ticket (see above navigation).
Of course, some updates are a bit more complicated so the phone is always an option for our customers when needed.
Most support requests are very similar, and typically are just maintenance requests for changes to certain pages in a website. We recommend including the following information in the email, so that we can process the update as quickly as possible.
